"The hotel was south of the river but convenient for the Kazimierz and Old Town areas if you don't mind a short stroll of 20 minutes or so. The hotel was quiet during our visit midweek at the end of March but has restaurant and bar facilities if required. The room maybe could have had the option of an extra sheet/blanket if you don't want the heating on all night, and the curtain didn't totally keep out the light from the courtyard, but it was all clean and in good working order with a room safe...

"Beautiful place, with a wonderful and helpful staff. Especially Jurand who was working at the front desk helped us a lot . He was always patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition, we loved the pool and a hot tub with a great view of Kraków. Breakfast was delicious with many great food choices. "

"Property change a few days before arrival. Was disappointed as I had very intentionally selected the original hotel to be close to Kazmierz and now we would be closer to the Rynek and Galeria Krakowska. Unsure why Aloft moved us, was simply told there was an issue and they were moving us. The new place was wonderful and a bit bigger. We loved it. Just not the location I had preferred."
