"The kitchen wasn't used but the facilities were they if needed. The rokm was well fuenished and of a good size. The bedroom had a king sized (two large singkes joined together) and good quality bedding. The bathroom was spotless and ha everything you need including toiletries and a hair dryer. "The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"Firstly I need to talk about how wonderful the staff are . The receptionist and concierge were extraordinary. My mum had a fall on the first day and then couldn’t walk. "The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel. We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch! If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️. The location can’t be beat."

"Perfecte locatie in het centrum/ old town Uitstekend vers ontbijt buffet en goede kamers. Koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer wordt ook goed aangevuld elke dag. Mooie badkaner met regendouche. Zelfs de grote tv kon ik makkelijk verbinden via ingebouwde chromecast met mijn Netflix en streamen via de goede wifi verbinding. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut aanraden, alles op loopafstand te doen, en de trein/tram is dichtbij voor de verdere uitstapjes."

"The staff were simply amazing! They did anything and everything to make sure our stay was good. The hotel is not really on the 2nd floor - there’s about 50+ stairs and when you have 100lbs of luggage that was tough. The breakfast next door was great and I once again can’t say enough about the staff! A boutique hotel is not really our thing, but they do a great job for those who like boutiques. VERY close to everything!"
