"Beautiful spot on the River Ness; well maintained hotel in an old victorian. Staff was helpful, breakfast buffet very convenient for early risers. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Location and size of room I can't fault. However dirty bloodstained and cigarette burned bedsheets, and bathroom are really not acceptable. Floors didn't look as if they had been swept or mopped either . Such a shame as apartment was otherwise very nice"

"Overall an great experience. Property was excellently located and very clean and well equipped. Only downside was the combo washer / dryer machine in unit - the dryer portion was non-functional but that was not clearly marked. Would definitely stay there again."

"Getting in was easy thanks to a coded lockbox. Parking was great. The stairs were really steep and narrow and I found it tricky coming down them especially carrying bags.
