"The property was not clean and maintained. No douna was provided, only dirty blankets. The fan in toilet seemed broken as it made a bad sound and I thought it was going to fall down any minute. The fans in bedroom and lounge were mouldy and dirty. Windows dirty and the blinds broken. Floors not cleaned ..."
