"Decent property, good location (for my purposes) but the property is at the beginning stages of being thread worn. Once gain, nothing wrong but it doesn't show like a newer property. I'd return on another visit."

"This was a trip down memory lane, stayed at this resort when the kids were little, 24 years ago. Today the resort frankly speaking feels neglected. Reception was friendly but the hallways and rooms feel dated (popcorn ceiling, ‘dusty’ color of carpets). No amenities in the room (coffee maker or Keurig absent, no safe, etc.). Many hotels now offer hand showers, not here. While the usual wall mounted dispensers of shampoo, body wash and conditioner were present, at the the sink a small soap bar...

"The beds were hard and woke up every morning with a back ache. There obviously wasnt anything the hotel can do about it but over all it was a nice hotel with a nice pool as well. We enjoyed our stay."

"I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I tried to check in, the front desk told me Expedia had not released the payment and I couldn’t check in. I showed them my email proving I paid and they said they see I paid but Expedia hadn’t sent the money. They suggested I cancel the room and try rebooking. I told them I booked a non-cancelable rate and they said Expedia would waive the penalty. I didn’t think that sounded right and offered a credit card as backup....

"The staff at the restaurant was awesome! The food (breakfast and dinner) delicious and presented beautifully. My bathroom was not cleaned properly . They was hair stuck to the shower and accumulated in areas on the floor. Communication was difficult with the housekeeping staff as they did not speak English. They were very nice. My fridge was not cooling properly. It was reported but no one came to fix it during my stay. My room was on the 3rd floor and the a/c fans were right outside the window...

"The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've indulged in. Didnt try the pool but looked nice. Room and hallway had a little goofy smell but it goes away after being in it for a minute or so. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. And I had the jacuzzi I'm my room and it was amazing. Room was really clean. Tv was pretty good, and all the other amenities work as they should. And they had big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash.
