"We chose this property for its location and proximity to places we were visiting during our stay in the north suburbs. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were given a handicap accessible room which was fine. It was on the first floor, close to an access door to the parking lot. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were there for a family visit so we didn't need the desk area but it is always helpful to have a frig to store my medicine! Breakfast is served in an area off the lobby....

"The hotel and the room were clean. Hilton properties are always well laid out. That's why I like to stay there. When we checked in they didnt have our reservation that we booked on Expedia, so we had to struggle with finding a number that worked for the hotel to bring our reservation up. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to open at 7am and instead didnt open until 710am. There was a group waiting for breakfast to open. "Tv in the room didn’t work for local tv or for Netflix. It was rendered useless. The bartender was not very present at the bar because he was busy running room service. I waited at the bar close to 10 min before going to the front desk to ask if there was a bartender because I didn’t see any employee activity and the front desk advised me to just wait a min. The drinks were pretty good. The room was great. Spacious and clean. Tv is kinda vital for some entertainment"

"I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be to add microwaves in the rooms for added convenience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would stay here again."
