"Excellent help and service from all front desk employees. Missed wake-up calls were thoroughly investigated by morning front desk morning employee who found that the previous guest had turned off the telephone ringer. She made inquiries as to why the phone calls seamed to not responded to. Accomodations were quickly offered to correct the situation. Outstanding service by both this morning employee and also by the evening check-in employee. Thank you. Both staff members were extremely plesant and helpful."

"My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary & his birthday. Check-in was a breeze & she took care of us because she gave us such a nice view of the pond behind their property! Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! Loved it, will definitely be back!!! "

"Nice 24h gym, heated indoor pool, plenty of parking. I was there for a wedding nearby but there were 2 weddings happening at the hotel, and during that time it was a little loud and elevators were chaotic. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. Very decent for the price, good option close to O'Hare."
