"I’m not one to usually leave reviews but there were some things that were a bit crazy. The elevator being the main one. There are about 5-6 elevators and only one was working. And not only that, there was zero information posted or given about it other than “they are a little slow.” Well they are a little slow because only 1 works. For something like 19 floors of guests. The front desk made no attempt to explain or address it and apparently it’s just normal because no one seemed to care…at all....

The bed was super comfortable and really that and a clean bathroom was all I needed for a night before flying home. Front desk staff were friendly.
