"The room was decently clean and came equipped with all dishes and pots to use in the kitchen. Breakfast was good and changed daily. The surrounding area was safe and there were restaurants within a short distance of the property. They are building a Wawa within walking distance. Overall was a good stay and worked well for the weekend!"

And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He
Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect."

"This is a well-maintained hotel. The breakfast was superb, and the rooms were large. The only problem was that the elevator was not working, but I guess these things happen on occasion. The front desk tried to be accommodating with getting help with luggage to the upper floors.
If you intend on using the hotel shuttle, make sure that you call ahead. It actually picks up and drops off at departures on the upper deck."

"I arrived early to Baltimore after flying in to airport. We went to area to be picked up and we tried several times to call hotel no anwer and phone lines were not working. We ended up paying for LYFT. We arrived early asked to have luggage checked in since there were no rooms or we would be charged extra. When we came back to hotel it took time to check in. I felt that certain customers were being treated differently from others. One employee asked for my name told me to have a seat in bar...

"The facility is very nice, well located to BWI airport and Baltimore. Staff was awesome, could have not asked for better service. The facility is under renovations, but don't let that discourage you from staying there. Not noisy, dusty, or anything like that. Doing upgrades on the interior, making sure not to interfere or inconvenience guest. Would stay there again."
