"The room was nice and clean. It is looking a little tired though and needs updating. The upper pool and hot tub were the only available because we went early May. But they were clean and well maintained. The property was being worked on to get ready for summer vacationers so there was lots of business as staff did their jobs. Food was fine in the lower restaurant but the service was terrible. Staff walked past us as we waited to be seated. Twice apologized as they did tasks other than seating...

"We found a bed bug in one of our rooms, which was very concerning. Attempts to contact the property office went unanswered, and it appeared closed throughout our stay. There was no on-site support. The surrounding area also felt uncomfortable to walk around at night due to activity in the parking lot. Overall, the stay raised concerns about cleanliness, communication, and safety."

"I was satisfied especially with the rooms and the space of the room but the service was not good. Especially no one explains to us about the internet and how to use it and I could not use it. I think there should be more staff and even in the uncle's room there should be no such guidance."
