"Nice apartment (Big), perfect location. Clean and tidy Parking is confusing as theres a space for no.2 but we're told have to move by 9:30?"

"Good location just a couple of minutes from the lakeside. Parking place certainly helps in this popular location. Clean, comfortable property that has everything that you would need."

"Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. "

" Convenient location close to train station, bus departures, supermarket and start of shopping and restaurant streets. Small room with adequate ensuite and character to decoration."

"A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. "Highly recommend this place"

Good offroad parking at the back of the cottage and an enclosed front garden. Stayed for a week, excellent location for exploring Hadrians wall, lake district and yorkshire dales. "

"Great place. Check in was easy once we got through. Not the owners fault it was hotel. Com they were awful. Stay was amazing views were outstanding. Dated but this gave the appeal plenty of space and bedrooms all hadd en suite"

"Spotless rooms. Welcoming staff. River view behind the hotel. Good place to travel around allocations. Very close to town centre."

It has all the amenities including dishwasher tablets, all cleaning stuff as well as all kitchen stuff. The host even had drawing books for kids. It is so comfortable sitting in the living room area enjoying the balcony view of a large grassland. Cons: Check-in instruction is not exactly clear that where to...
