"The hotel refused the check-in. I booked the hotel for 1 night for my friend. My friend is 18 years old and she had no problem check in other hotels before. But this time the Sabuy Best Hotel refused her check in and said it was because she was not 19 years old yet ( she was 18 at the time) with a very rude and angry voice to my friend. Of cause there was no refund or any gesture of being friendly (minimum requirement of hospitalisation industry) from the hotel.
