"The place was clean, with good staff and excellent service. Mr. Vongphet, Do, Jo, Thad, Sie, Kham and Jen were so helpful and caring. We will definitely come back again."

"Perfect resort in a stunning location, wonderful staff, and the food is amazing."

"Newer property and well designed rooms. Great views across town and of the mountains every morning. The staff are excellent and very helpful. It is a little out of the center of town but can request a shuttle at anytime."

"Nice Hotel !!!"

"Great hotel. Super location by the Mekong. Also next door to an excellent restaurant-Ock Pop Tok. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Shuttle into town was easy. Breakfast could be better - pretty basic , but we were there in the shoulder season , so not many guests (which was wonderful in its own right). All in all we had a fantastic time in Luang Prabang and were sorry to leave. FYI there is a hotel shuttle to the train station- so make sure you ask In advance."

"Clean room, and the staffs service are excellent"

Above all, there was a sense of family and connection among themselves, and this heartwarming atmosphere made my stay at Thongbay Guesthouse comfortable. Thongbay Guesthouse itself is imbued with the distinctive beauty of Laos, featuring rooms and buildings...

"Einfach ein Traum von einer Unterkunft. Kleine luxuriöse Oase mit einem wunderschönen Seerosen Teich. Wir hatten das Chalet was sehr privat gelegen war. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit hervorragenden Service. Mir wurde quasi jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen"

"Comfortable hotel. The room I stayed in have a nice balcony and nice garden view. I like the brand name of shower gel and the lotion with good smell and quality. "

"Clean room, staff very helpful, breakfast was very good especially the coffee and centrally located."
