They also helped with tours and other suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and clean; laundry service, room service all wonderful. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. "Very pretty area. Definitely a great place if you just want to stay and not adventure out because town an attractions are a hour plus drive about 4,000 peso. I would also bring your own snacks an drink because you get one option"

They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....
