I love the king size bed is huge and toilet is huge. The only problem i have is, most shops open at 10am. So to get breakfast outside hotel is limited. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...
