The views are outstanding. The room was excellent. The staff is very helpful. The pool was delightful. We didn't use the spa, but it would have been great, I am sure. The restaurants are excellent as well.

Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet.

Great stay - but woken by delivery every morning

The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic, the room was comfortable and the spa was outstanding. The beach is beautiful and easy to access. We really enjoyed being able to swim in the pool at night too. The restaurant, Lumière, was sadly not worth a visit. The food was surprisingly bland and overpriced. Drinks at the bar were well made and they have a nice whiskey selection.

My husband and I are American and stayed here for 6 nights. In my opinion this hotel would be a 3-star hotel in the US and not 5-star like it is listed. Most of the guests seemed to be other French people on vacation and not a lot of tourists. The room was small and upon arrival the staff came up and into our room with us which was a little strange. The staff also told us breakfast was included and upon checking out they charged us 32 Euros each for each day of breakfast and wouldn’t make any accommodations to fix their error even though we were told in French and English that it was included! We were pretty upset by this and felt as though we were kind of ‘tricked’ by the staff. The pool area is nice and has a great view but very limited deck space and chairs. We used the gym too and that was adequate but only 2 people could really comfortably work out in there at the same time. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants and we highly recommend the restaurant at the Casino (just bring your passports for them to let you in). Our stay was nice, but we just had some frustrations with the limited space and the staff. Valet parking however was very convenient and helpful in that area especially mid day when there’s no where to park! I don’t think we would stay here again, but it was definitely an elegant place just small.

Les + : Magnifique hôtel les pieds dans l’eau, très bien situé pour rayonner dans Bandol. Personnel et parties communes de grande qualité. Très bonne literie. Cocktails excellents et bon restaurant de plage. Les - : la suite 4 mériterait un petit rafraîchissement ( moquette abîmée par le canapé-lit, dernière marche de l’escalier qui fait du bruit…). Dès l'arrivée, le dépaysement est immédiat ! la vue en 3 plans, lobby, piscine et mer est là pour un effet Waouh garanti. L'équipement est complet, mais parfois un peu fatigué (petits carreaux manquants dans le spa, mousse des transats un peu affaissée, immense baignoire à enjamber, et vasque à lame d'eau ne laissant pas de place pour poser ses affaires. En revanche l'ensemble des personnels a vraiment à coeur de rendre votre séjour très agréable et c'est réussi.
