"The service was terrible. The staff seemed lost and unhelpful. We had informed them in advance that we had a dog, and they promised to provide dog supplies. However, there were none in the room. We had to ask for a dog bed and bowls. We had also given them ample notice that we needed a room on the top floor. They ignored our request and informed us upon arrival that the top floor was non-pet-friendly. If they had informed us beforehand, we would have booked another hotel. The room was also too noisy because the hot tub was right outside. There was no privacy. One of the keys wasn’t working. Finally, the restaurant staff couldn’t figure out how to charge the bill to our room and made us wait for a while."
