Down side-- When we were ready to get our room clean, we were disappointed when we got back from our day trip. The way I left the towel I used that morning was still on the bed exact same position untouched. Garbages were picked up, soaps were refilled, the tip my husband left for the environmental service was taken BUT nothing else was done! Floor towel was on the floor, bathroom floor was not swept and towels weren't changed nor replaced!"
