"Everything was very convenient. There are 2 onsite restaurants, which was great because we checked in late and one restaurant was still open. Food was very good too! Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Great customer service. Friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast - we had it every morning of our stay. Location is very convenient to dining and shopping.

"Very quiet and peaceful despite current renovation.Our room 2beds with a mountanview was overall great design. Although our bathroom space was small and tight squeeze for the toilet bowl and door. Aircon worked. Love the bedsheets and firm beds. Nespresso was a great help us wake us up with great coffee as I watch from the balcony. Parking was good though small for entrance with our 2025 SUV rental. We missed the pool and spa as it was closed not to open til June 25. Kudos to the staff. Front...

"This was a wonderful place to stay in the village of Banff. It is the last hotel on your way out of town but still walking distance to "downtown." The rustic theme was cozy with a great roaring fire in the lobby. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the Keg which is a great steak place.
