"Location is a bit far from most of the tourist sites, but the property itself is amazing for the price. Clean & the staff is friendly. Large rooms, comfortable beds, & good air conditioning. The only marks against it which we experienced are that they don't have any extra blankets, & the water never really got hot in the shower (sufficient to take one, but not nice & warm for an enjoyable bask—good after a hot day out, but otherwise tepid). "The hotel has a charm about it that some would call dated, it all comes down to personal taste, I like the traditional aesthetic. The staff faultless, helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Tan on the concierge for helping me take apart a brush to fit in my suitcase, outside his remit, but he was only to happy to help. Housekeeping discreet and efficient and we made full use of the complimentary shuttle boat service. Would I stay again 100% yes. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfortable. "
