"Although we didnt get the room upgrade or the VIP access. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very hospitable whenever we asked for something. Even when we noticed rude and entitled tourists talking to some of the staff, rhey were professional. Kudos! Thank you for a great first experience in Bangkok to celebrate our 24th Anniversary 😍"

"Great location - walking distance to many malls and to the BTS system. Room was big and spacious but quite worn with sagging mattress and uneven carpet. Could use a spruce up. Breakfast was great - they have a nice buffet and a menu to order from. Gym was well equipped. Would stay here again in the future "

She even noticed my birthday a day before and surprised me with birthday cake ....that is hard to beat. Thank you Pat and staff. Hotel needed some upgrade but the service and warmness superceded all."
