Abgenutztes Mobiliar, Toilette total verdreckt, Dusche unsauber, Duschartikel, Föhn, Duschhandtücher und Toilettenpapier nur auf intensive Nachfrage. Keine Zimmerreinigung mussten Betten etc. alles selber machen. Als dann noch Kakerlaken kamen wechselten wir nach 2 Nächten das Hotel.

The place is too old and dirty, there is no daily clean up service, when I asked for the toilet tissue, I had to wait for an hour to get for a quarter of a roll. very poor and bad service.

前の宿泊者の物と思われる下着や、鏡に汚れが付着したままであったり、全くと言っていいほど掃除ができておらず、非常に汚かった。驚きを隠せなかった。 ホテルのフロントはフレンドリーで接客は良かった。

Disastrous experience worst hotel condition ever

This hotel is far from everything it is in total disrepair very old smells of smokers, has no room service and in fact 2 rooms I was in as first was sub standard as was the next room had no phones connected, the whole room was broken down, there was no hot water, no soaps, no kettle, fridge was no working, they dragged another old one in, there were no towels or robes. there was no restaurant? the bar or restaurant were not open while I was there? the breakfast was a terrible small selection all cold?? no real selections, 3 hot pots? no English or European choices. What experienced was nothing like in the adds provided which is what you base selecting a hotel on your photos were 20 years old compared to what I was staying in it was the worst hotel online booking I have made based on the add provided and you really as a company need to review these places it was terrible freezing showers, lights were so dark in bathroom you could not see clearly to shave or do make up no service and sub living hotel conditions!!! Very disappointed and has changed my vision on future bookings

This is not an hotel and expedia should be ashamed to have it list ont its website. Every thing is wrong about this hotel and you feel that the owner are waiting for you to leave to destruct the building. The presentation on this hotel is a complete lie. Do Not Stay Here....

This was a nightmare experience. I booked this hotel for one night. After I checked in, I see the room had a bad smell, fridge had mold( never cleaned). Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. No toiletries, and towel was also old and stinky. I complained about the room and they offered to change the room. They showed me two more rooms and all were in same or worse condition. I went back to the reception and told them that I will not stay here. I Had to find another hotel near by to stay. Will highly recommend to NOT boom this hotel.

Åk inte hit!!!!

Hotellet ligger mitt i slummen. Det var skalbaggar, kackerlackor och andra djur på rummet och väldigt väldigt smutsigt och äckligt. Ingen personal kunde engelska utan thai och dom visste inte och kunde inte ge svar på när frukosten var. Inga handdukar som man skulle få till rummet utan vi fick köpa det själva. Ingen städning fick vi heller. När vi åkte iväg så låste vi rummet men när vi kom tillbaka så var det upplåst och det hände flera gånger. Poolen var väldigt smutsig och ofräsch. Väldigt ofräscht hotell i sig. Vad ni än gör så åk absolut inte hit. Det är verkligen inte värt en krona!! Bland det äckligaste vi varit med om. Djur precis överallt i hela rummet! Även i kylskåpet!!!!!

除了房間的坪數還算大之外沒有什麼可以稱道的了，而且沒有熱水， 頂樓的游泳池酒吧，是分開營業的

値段の割にはすごく普通なホテルでした！ 思ったより汚くも無く良かったです。 残念な点はやはり駅から遠いのでホテルからの移動はタクシーだったので 観光目的で行くなら少しお金出して街の方のホテルの方が結果安く済むかも知れません。

部屋はリビングキッチンとベッドルーム。 キッチンには湯沸かしポット含め何も調理器具はありません。 ダブルベッドでしたが壁紙などが子供部屋みたいな感じ。 テレビは設定なく砂嵐のみ。 クーラーはしっかり効きます。 備品は石鹸、歯ブラシ、水２本のみ。〔二泊〕。 バスタオル、フェイスタオル要求しましたが4回言ってやっと持ってきました。 なによりルームキーが故障してるから無いといわれました。部屋出る度にフロントに同行してもらい開けてもらう始末。4回言ったらカード作ってくれましたが機能せず。 wifiは1階のみ通じます。 2階はダメでした。6階のお客さんもwifi無いと文句を言ってましたが1階のみとのやりとりをきいてました。 wifiキーもこちらから聞かないと教えてくれません。 プール有りと検索ではでますがプールの所有、使用権は売却しているようでプールで営業しているバーの利用者のみ屋上が使えるようです。 ショボいです。 ニューイヤーイブにはカウントダウン営業してました。 市街からはバイタクで15分と離れていますが歩いて15分くらいで若い子が集まるクラブに近いです。 バイタクの待機所までは徒歩で10分くらいです。 同じソイ12にはオシャレなカフェが3件、居酒屋、バーが一件ずつあります。 駅は徒歩15分以上です。 総合すると旅慣れて寝るとこだけでいい人にしか勧められません。

Un vrai scandale

Nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et avons procédé au check out mons de deux heures plus tard. Hotel salle, présence de cafard mort dans le lobby et vivant dans la chambre, draps sales, odeurs sur les taies d'oreiller, oreillers manquants, canapé bancal sur 3 pieds. Pas de serviette dans la salle de bain et le personnel maigres mais relance n'ont non pas apporté. La chambre ne correspondant pas au photo en descriptif, manque de micro ondes, la propreté n'a pas été faite, table de salle à manger grasse et collante. L'hotel nous a proposé une autre chambre guère mieux. Nous avons donc préféré donc trouver un autre hotel en urgence et sommes partis des que possible. Je demande à Hotels.com à être remboursé en intégralité sur cette reservation qui n'est pas un tel 4**** mais un vrai taudis. le restaurant sur le rooftop l'immeuble ne fait pas partie intégrante de l'hotel mais propose 10% de réduction aux pensionnaires. Le rooftop est très sympa et est le point positif mais nous n'avons pas essayé la cuisine de peur qu'elle soit du meme style que l'hotel.

Disappointing, wi-fi terrible, very difficult to get anything done, eg get towels, plumbing fixed, TV - no volume, lift rarely worked from my floor, balcony door locked off. So far from Sukhumvit, yet named Paradise Sukhumvit. So not a good Hotel. I would never consider going back there.

Péssimo hotel

Lugar péssimo!!! Sujo e péssimo atendimento! Quando chegamos nosso quarto não estava preparado e tivemos que esperar uma hora e 10 minutos para entrar no quarto! Somente as 15:10 entramos! O quarto tinha mofo no teto e o banheiro com odor de urina!!! Foi a pior experiência de hotel que já tive!

If your reading this I wouldn’t book it

Nothing like advertised, maybe 20 years ago the photos would match the actual room. No hot water on the first day after 20 hours of travelling, this was not nice, it was fixed the next day but still not great. Very strong urine smell in hallways. Wifi did not work very well at all, Would not recommend - look elsewhere

All I have to say is do your research! Read reviews and don’t just go off of star rating and pictures. There are roaches crawling on the bed right when we walked in, absolutely no hot water, no toilet paper, and the WiFi if poor either you get online in the lobby or wait 20 minutes for each page to load. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you know exactly what you are getting!
