"アメニティが素晴らしく、またウェルカムドリンクやクッキーなど、滞在が楽しくなる工夫が見られた。 プールに人工の砂場が小さくてもあるのは面白い。 モールが隣にあるのも買い物に便利だった。 1番気に入った場所はスカイラウンジだ。 景色を眺めながらの夕食は格別だった。"

"Favorite hotel in Bandung for a reason: amazing views, very comfortable rooms and spacious room, excellent breakfast, and staff who always remember me. Never disappoints."

"Very nice Clean, good service, strategies"

"The lobby was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. The rooms very outdated even the so-called updated rooms had furniture I would guess from the 80s and just an average to below average condition."

"部屋は充分な広さで比較的新しく、きれい。"

"on september 21 2026 I was need a medical emergency, the staff was very kind assisting us without hassle , they provided us a medical team to our room within an hour .: from the bottom of my heart thank you so much to all the staff at the Hotel for your assistance. keep up the good job !❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ we also thanks to Home care medical team from Hermina Hospital for your excellent services ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Very well located, very friendly staff, very good breakfast, clean property. I really enjoyed my stay in Bandung."

"Amazing stay! Friendly staff, clean and fresh smelling room, and a great location close to restaurants, malls, and everything you need. Highly recommend!"

"Pros: The staff was very helpful, the breakfast food was varied and good, and the massage was great. Cons: There were only two bath towels in the room and no face towels. The showerhead was broken, and the bathroom layout was so awkward that water flooded outside the shower area. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this hotel because of the poor cleanliness; the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and there’s some liquid stain on the wall"
