"Very helpful staff, a great spa and jacuzzi, and a wide range of additional services. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We spent an amazing week there with the whole family."
"They said elevator not working and had to carry suitcases up and down to second floor (which is really 3rd) with no help available, but saw staff using elevator. Had to bring wet towels down when checking out or would be charged a fee. Food in restaurant buffet was horrible. Huge pieces of fat in soup, unidentifiable mystery food and not even butter for bread. Dinner and lunch were both inedible and Hungarian food is usually delicious.
Furniture in room was in very poor condition and they did not even provide shampoo in the "shower""
