"It was such a cute condo, very homey and welcoming. I'm extremely sound sensitive and I don't know if it was because it's summer and the off season, but I couldn't hear anything at night which was great. The bed was very comfortable. "Amazing views, clean and comfortable. Lobby has beer/wine and lots of drinks/snacks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool area is small but very clean and warm with a hottub. There is a sauna and another hottub in a separate area(most guests dont know about and is less crowded). On weekends/busy days, you do have to park at far away parking lots but they have a shuttle that goes back and forth 7am-11pm. Loved our stay and will be going back!"

"The conditions were awesome. The place was awesome and the place smelled amazing and not musty. I would have given everything and excellent but… a couple things. I came for fall and the decorations were very Christmas vibe. Also the main bedroom shower, the shower head…. was ridiculous. For a place that nice spend more than 5.00 on a shower head. The main bed was a little hard, well a lot hard but not the end of the world. All in all. It’s a wonderful place and extremely clean. "

"The Heritage Cabin was a very nice rental. Location was in the heart of Valle Crucis, close to Boone and Banner Elk. The cabin is furnished nicely, comfortable beds and beautiful porch overlooking the mountains. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the fact that there was no WiFi in the cabin which made phone calls and internet difficult. Also many rather steep steps to get up to the cabin from parking area, so be aware of that. Otherwise it is a lovely cabin in the mountains."

"I had the two-level double queen bed suite. Great for a family or couple(s) on a getaway. Great kitchen, closets, and storage space, and 2 bathrooms &2 entrances which was very convenient. Could use some updating, but if you're going for that lodge feel, this is a great option not far from town."
