"We normally stay in the city when we go to the footy but this time decided to stay out on the peninsula. We already knew that 13th beach golf course was one of the best around so we had fairly high expectations of their accommodation and we weren’t disappointed. A spacious studio style with king bed, lovely bathroom and good amount of storage and bench space. Coffee pods for a cuppa. Small little verandah area to sit outside. "Nice property with alpaca's roaming the property my dog loved the stay as well great exercise for him a bit hilly for me but all in all beautiful i would definatly consider going back for another weekend away , close to torquay dog beach and all other beaches jan juc bells beach all a quick 10 mins drive down the rd "

"Large house with comfortable beds in a good location. Stayed for 3 nights but couldn’t unpack as only 3 hangers ( for 3 bedrooms) and no drawers bit disappointing "

"Clean. Close to the beach. Great record collection but couldn’t get record player working. Lots of DVDs. No smart TV. Couch could do with an update as it’s old with a very low back. Our queen bed was comfy but the single beds could have their mattresses updated.Thank you we did enjoy the long weekend with the best feature being close to the beach. "
