"We loved the stay at courtyard Siem Reap. The service was excellent, staff were very attentive and ready to help. The checkin and checkout were smooth as expected in a Marriot property. "Room was very clean and very nice. Staffs are very friendly and nice. The location was little bit far from the city but I like the calmness and peaceful environment. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. I had a nice time here and the staff was really nice but I’m also not sure if I got scammed or not. The area of the hotel was not so great as it was far from any shops or restaurants. If I was to do this trip again I would have preferred to find a hotel closer to walking street where the restaurant and night market is as we went there every night after the temples to grab dinner. "
