"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night"

"The room was clean but smelled. Housekeeping only visit every 4 days. Reception closed most of the time. Small double bed affixed to wall on one side. Deceptive photos. Nowhere near the city centre. Lovely receptionist but it’s wildly overpriced for the offering. We definitely wouldn’t stay ..."
