"Spa!? What spa? There was no one around when i arrived. The bathroom was mouldy, hairs on the sheets that smelt unwashed. Beetles and ants all over the floor. The room swarming in mosquitos. Peple talking loudly all manner of the night right outside my door! Not impressed "

I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold."
