Friendliness and Service of the staff are attentive, polite, and eager to assist with any requests. You felt welcomed from the moment you arrived, contributing to a positive overall experience. Bedding are comfortable, furniture outdated and the room are extremelly dark at night. very few lights including in the bathroom which is extremely dark. Rooms facing the main stress are extremely noisy! felt my bed was on the highway. Pool was ok with absolutely no services, which was a bit sad. Breakfast is excellent with large choices of local food and continental ones. The worst and frustrated part are the elevators. no matter which time of the day or evening it takes for ever to get into elevators. Mostly due to the parking level 2 & 3 and meeting rooms level 4. Overall still a good hotel for value.

the carpet in the room feels very dusty, the walls are very ugly, like minimal maintenance. many of the equipment in the bathroom was broken even though we stayed in a suite room type which was quite expensive.

I booked the hotel room as a honeymoon present for my cousin and let the hotel knows. The hotel made the room special by making 2 swans out of towels and put them on the bed. Very appreciated.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but the hotel was under renovation. Waters came in from the windows/roof/wall during heavy rain. Room's parquet floor also came off with dust. Hope the reno works will also solve the issue
