"Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good.
Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready."

"I used to stay in Crimson (now Quest Plus) many times before, its staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are in good condition and comfortable. Now prices have increased substantially, it’s breakfast is of high price (Ps900/pax) comparing with limited choices, better take breakfast either downstairs or nearby restaurants."

"Most importantly.. KING SIZED bed!
Rainfall shower, spacious room. Incredible breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Bryce even remembered my name on only a 2 day stay.
Convenient to walk into BGC shopping and restaurants. Quiet. Safe and Secure property. Laundry service is available and modestly priced. A good value for what we all had washed and cleaned. WiFi was strong. Only knock is that Netflix is not available in the room. YouTube is so we were able to still watch things."

"Room was clean, modern, comfortable, not overly done.
Staff from the shuttle drivers, check in , room attendants, various others were first class. Property is well laid out, easy to navigate. Not a big gambler, however, loved how the games were spread out throughout the property, not warehoused in one area…..easier for the non smoker."
