We arrived as the concierge was taking a phone call from another customer complaining and requesting a refund...not the best start. Ayr Retreat - Donnini Apartments
A nice, clean place to stay. Only issue was the bed which could do with a new mattress as this was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else, including location was spot on. Would definitely use again if mattress is replaced.
