"Reception looks modern and clean. And the staff both checking in and out were friendly and welcoming. The room however was dated and the bathroom needs work due to cracked grouting, mould in the shower and just generally tired looking. The bed was very springy but we appreciate they added an extra for my child for the booking. "

"Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "

"Traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem Castle. Das Zimmer war der Wahnsinnn und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Im Schlafzimmer hat man zwar die Musik aus der Bar unten etwas gehört, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Umgebung und der Ausblick aus dem Restaurant sind wirklich wunderschön. Beim Essen im Restaurant würde ich definitiv aber nicht fish & ships empfehlen. Das war leider ein wirklicher Reinfall. An der Unterkunft an sich ändert es aber nichts. Es war und bleibt eine unvergessliche...

"We were disappointed that the pictures advertising the Walton Hall Hotel & Spa were quite deceptive. The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. The pool and fitness room were listed on Expedia as amenities, but these facilities are not owned by the hotel and require payment for use (after registering our complaint, we were given free passes). "New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."
