"The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It felt like we were staying as a guest at someones home. The best part of this stay was the staff. Franchesca was a true pleasure. She made sure our stay was perfect and was always working day and night to make sure everyone was happy. Her mother Giusy was wonderful as well. She ran the breakfast in the mornings and helped out with guests as well. Was a great experience from staying at a regular hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
