The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my various needs that arose during my stay. Additionally, the hotel was beautiful with a view of the square from my room and the amazing rooftop pool. Whenever I make my return to Barcelona, I will be staying here again.

The hotel was convenient and close to everything. However my 3 stars is for the customer service, I was charged a drink from The minibar that I did not used. I sent an email; and when I requested for them to provide me the proof, they never got back to me.

Great hotel , well located with excellent facilities. Room was well appointed with a good outlook over Plaza de Espanya. It was well located with easy access to the metro station. Staff were friendly and provide great service.

Overall a good experience but checked us in late when we were hopping for an early check in, pool is very small and busy, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom for days during our stay. Otherwise, good location for shopping, transportation access, food etc.
