A really lovely hotel, well situated with beautiful lake views. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel sits a short lakeside stroll away from both Bardolino (20 min) and Cisano (<10 min) from where it is easy to catch either the lake ferry or a bus to explore other areas. I would definitely return.

The room was lovely, cleaned every day, and the lake view was worth the extra fee. The musicians played beautiful music that could be enjoyed by young and old. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The pool and therme were wonderful and well maintained. The breakfast was lovely and access to the lake was easy. The room itself could use a good fresh up for a four star hotel. I kept getting a mildew smell whenever I opened the closet which was rather off-putting. The resort itself was fantastic tho. I think getting a room in the main hotel (we were in an annex building) would make a big difference.

Nice hotel in a good location. About 30 minute walk into Bardolino. We traveled with a newborn baby and the hotel was well equipped and baby very welcomed by all of the staff. Pool is lovely and no shortage of beds any time of day when we stayed. We stayed b&b, lots of selection at breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant once which was fine but preferred to eat out in the many restaurants nearby. We stayed in a comfort top room with a view of the lake which was lovely. Indoor pool was a huge bonus on very hot days when needing a break from the heat outside.

This was a family holiday- Mum, Dad and two teenage daughters- 16 and 19. We were there for 12 nights. The hotel is in an excellent position, by the lakeside. You can walk across and swim from the hotel in under 5 minutes, which is ideal. Breakfast was a good selection buffet and the pool bar did a good range of sandwiches/salads for lunch. Happy hour was 2 for 1 on "spritz's" We didn't do the lunch or dinner but both looked a bit heavier and fussier than we wanted. The staff everywhere were really helpful, especially at reception in terms of helping with transport or booking excursions. There is a shuttle bus to Bardolino that runs 4 or 5 times a day and the last trip back out is 8.30pm. The walk to Bardolino is about 20 minutes, depending on how fast you want to walk in the heat. If you go the other way, then Cisano is only 5 to 10 minutes walk and there are 3 or 4 good restaurants there. There a 4 pools altogether- the 2 main ones are large and the lifeguards do make sure there are no ball games or inflatables- seems a bit harsh but those things are allowed in the other 2 pools and does leave the main pools feeling a bit more grown up. There are a lot of sun loungers but people do tend to "book them" with their towel early on so beware! There is an indoor pool for thundery days too. Overall, this was an excellent hotel, comfortable, clean and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable room, fantastic breakfasts, and friendly staff. The pool bar was great - only thing which could have made it better is if the pool was open slightly later in the evenings. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner, as the vegetarian options didn’t look particularly appealing, but plenty of alternatives nearby!

Clean and comfortable hotel close to Bardolino and Cisano. A great location for accesing all the region has to offer. Great breakfast, we especially loved freshly made juices. The staff is friendly. Big swimming pools and nice welness centre. The only minus was that outdoor swimming pools were cold , even kids pool the water was freezing. The indoor pool was wonderful tho.

We loved staying here! The staff was so kind and we would love to come back ❤️ breakfast and restaurant was amazing. The only thing missing was the possibillity to borrow an ironing board + iron.

Would recommend a stay here with the following slight drawbacks:(1) room cleaning did not occur u Tim very late in the day on some occasions; (2) some staff in the breakfast room looked disinterested; and (3) pool bar service was very slow - made worse by certain waiters not serving new customers in order.

Great location hotel on Lake Garda - Hotel Caesius

Fantasic Hotel, highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble.Friendly staff. Great facilities, bike hire, lovely rooms. Food and drink in the hotel very reasonable lovely, bars and fab service. Have never experienced a spa like it and been to many in my time, was outstanding. Great location on the lake, 15/20 walk from Bardolina. Had a fantastic 6 nights, would go back for sure.

Great service and attention to detail

We enjoyed our stay and particularly the attention to detail I celebrated a birthday and on the day was left a bottle of fizz and balloons in celebration The bar staff were exceptional and would not hesitate recommending the pool and spa facilities I am sure we will return again soon

the hotel was not at all as expected we paid a lot of money for something that looks fantastic in the pictures... the reality is so different! loose tiles on the walkways. black gaffa tape on lamps. they run out of booze in the bar. the snack bar is only open on weekends. otherwise it is a kazeebo bar which is lacking. the food wants to be 4 star but is 2 star, most dishes tasted of nothing. tiramisu tasted of nothing! are we in italy for god's sake?? noisy guests in the hallway at night. for this price, it should be much better. the conclusion is that we wanted to go home 1 day earlier, but bardolino is a beautiful city and we had a good impression of the area around the hotel but we will never come here again barely 25,000 kr for 2 luxury rooms. we stayed better for 13,000 in pecheria del garda

Really nice family hotel. Suites are great for a family. Decor is a little outdated but the size and layout more than makes up for it. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pools are amazing. Breakfast really good. Dinner not bad either. Lake access is right across the street. 15 minute walk to a really quaint town with nice restaurants and shops. Overall a really nice experience and huge grounds which is rare for some Italian hotels.
