"We were transferred to the sister hotel at the last minute before our stay so can't say what this hotel was actually like but the one we stayed in was great for one night after a late flight. It was easy to get to by the airport bus too."
"Where do I begin about this terrible experience in a very poor located hotel! To begin with for anybody who’s looking to book this hotel, there is no air conditioner in the bedroom, so be ready to sweat all night with zero ability to get air. The bed you will be sleeping on is equivalent of a bed for a five-year-old girl that’s on spring mattress that’s laying on a chain-link fence. Save your money, and if you want to stay somewhere, that is truly clean, truly pleasant, Il Leon D ORO. Will be your best option! It is so bad, so uncomfortable and so unaccommodating that even if they offered me a free stay, I wouldn’t take it
I hope to save lots of people time, money and FRUSTRATION as you sweat a room that will be 90 degrees STAY AWAY!!!! Run"
"Good location to visit Bari and surrounding towns. But...bedding stiff, no complementary water and, the deal breaker, poor AC. Despite our repeated complaints (we stayed for three nights), the room was quite uncomfortable to sleep in; can't imagine how it would be in July/August.
It must be that they "throttle" the AC to keep the power bill down. We turned down the thermostat, miserable air flow in any case only to wake up because of the heat: the thermostat was "magically" reset to 23C in the middle of the night. Not acceptable and less so in a "four" star hotel.
If you value sleeping in a reasonably air conditioned room, after a beautiful day touring, this is not the place for you.
Salute!"
"The hotel is extremely helpful and efficient. I called to say we would be late checking in and there was no issue at all. There is a 27/7 reception desk. We were able to call for a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and again to take us back again in the morning. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend it and stay here again."
"Dilman Luxury Resort is a modern and aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel in Bari. The slim eight-story building is sandwiched between other buildings and shops in the heart of Bari's downtown City Centre (Murat district). There are three guest rooms per floor which are small but well designed to include most visitor needs. Our room also had a balcony with table and chairs, kitchenette, and separate bathroom and shower areas.
Breakfast is in the attached cafe/bar. Choices are wide and the food top notch. Most importantly is the front desk/reception team. They go significantly out of their way to assist with critical information about sites and other needs and worked hard to book reservations, offer suggestions and effectively make our stay in Bari warm and welcome. Special shout-outs to Raffiela and Alessia for their super support and kindness -- even dropping off breakfast in our room without our asking given our early morning flight back to the U.S. Strongest recommendations to base your stay in Bari here given the opportunity."
