"Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. They had their room and we had ours connected by a short hallway. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Staff were friendly and even before the trip, they would respond to my inquiries. Yes, I had a lot of questions and they were patient and very responsive. They answered with 24 hours and given the time difference, it was a quick response. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Great location for Plitvice. Quiet and clean. Safe area. A couple restaurant options within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Difficult that there was no WhatsApp to communicate ahead of time. Also I specifically booked a two bedroom suite and the landlady only let us have one of the bedrooms (claiming that you needed five people to get the second bedroom).
