"We booked the lower ground floor premier apartment for our recent visit to London. On arrival, our very cheerful receptionist informed us that we had been moved to the first floor as the lighting on the lower ground was limited. I had no issue with this but when we got up to the floor via the lift, we found that we had to go up 15 stairs with a large heavy suitcase, then there were another 4 stairs in a very narrow corridor. "Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "

"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."
