A stunning hotel, 5 star accommodation at a fraction of the cost. I received a wonderful warm welcome from the lady on reception who showed me to my room and booked a restaurant from me 10 mins walk away.

Location is unique. Room very nice and quiet. We didn’t eat in as breakfast too expensive and dining room wasn’t open several nights. It was end of season.

En dehors d'un accueil des plus froid (même le directeur ne dit pas bonjour aux clients) l’hôtel est agréable et bien situé. Par contre la restauration est déplorable. L'établissement se revendique de distinctions dans les guides Michelin et Gault & Millau mais le chef est parti avec toute ou partie de sa brigade et plus rien de va. La carte est réduite à sa plus simple expression et le service est chaotique. Lors de notre réservation au restaurant personne ne nous a informé de la situation. Tout cela est déplorable et malhonnête. Donc établissement à éviter.

Belles prestations

Hôtel très sympathique et très agréable. Personnel serviable mais assez peu expérimenté. Petit problème d’équipement car la TV ne fonctionnait pas et l’accueil ne s’est pas mobilisé pour trouver une solution. Salle de restaurant très bien exposée et superbe petit déjeuner même si un peu cher.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Hotel hat außer Zimmern nichts, keine Bar/Terrasse ... nur ein Restaurant, das aber zu war. Wir hatten kleines Zimmer unterm Dach, Klimaanlage war defekt - wurde uns beim Check-in nicht gesagt, haben wir nachts erst gemerkt. Unfreundliches Personal (Klimaanlage war schon seit Tagen defekt), keinerlei Entgegenkommen beim Preis, sind am nächsten Tag direkt abgereist und haben uns was anderes gesucht.
