"Positive: Great location, good staff and decent breakfast. Negative: Old communist era hotel with an attempt to update. Room was 27.5 C when we arrived. When we set the thermostat to cool it heated the room to 30.5! The only option was to sleep with the window wide open to get the room back to 27. Pillows are horrible clumps of stuffing. Despite the great location and kind staff I would never stay here again."

"Lovely place thank you everyone"

"The staff at the reception desk was professional and pleasant. The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, new furniture and nicely renovated bathrooms. The bathroom was supplied with everything one would need in terms of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries, everything in the washroom and room was fully functional and well maintained. The top floor restaurant had a nice selection of traditional and international dishes. The portions were generous. The breakfast was a buffe...

"Linens not clean, blanket smells pee, mosquitoes biting all night"

"We booked 2 AC Rooms back in March for 2 days. When we arrived, the staff looked surprised we are there until we showed the reservation and the receipt. They gave us 2 rooms then but they were both old and with problems. I believe they have a few renovated rooms that are shown in the pictures online but most of the rooms are old, smelly and moldy. The AC in our room did not work and they could not give us another room until the next day because they said they are full. Temp inside was 30C that...

"The hotel is located very convenient in downtown. We enjoyed staying in a large room decorated in a palace style and with a huge bathroom. We would come back anytime."

"« Hébergement correct dans l'ensemble, mais qui mériterait quelques petites améliorations pour être parfait. Il manque notamment une cafetière dans le logement (même si le café est offert au bar Tiki) et un rideau de douche autour de la baignoire, ce qui évite d'inonder la salle de bain à chaque utilisation. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, l'expérience reste positive et je pourrais tout à fait revenir dans ce type de location. »"
