I was in “The Brewster” which was perfect as a solo traveler, or it would be a quaint romantic getaway for a couple. Patio was great place to hang out. "Some of the reviews list it as a B&B. It is not. You can get breakfast recommendations, but they do not serve anything. We arrived at 5 pm to check in after notifying staff in advance when we were coming. Our host opened the door to our room and a blast of hot air hit us. My wife exclaimed, “Does this room have air conditioning?” Our host said there is a window unit. I don’t know, why, but when the temperature reached the upper 80’s that day that they would not have turned the air on...

The location is perfect right next to Joe’s coffee and most nightlife and shopping destinations. A highlight was the daily breakfast that the friendly staff would prepare and bring to the room every morning!"

"Had a wonderful stay at the fleetwing guest house. Beautiful restoration of an 1800' s stable house, still has original flooring. Very clean, nice beds, big upstairs room for families. Easy bike ride to beach or downtown shops and restaurants, and had a nice night sitting by the fire pit in a private back yard. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions, will definitely be back!"
