"Our stay at the Holiday Inn was very disappointing. Only one elevator was working, which caused long waits and made moving luggage around extremely inconvenient. "The location of our room was unusual. We were located on the first floor in the hall with housekeeping. Maid carts were lining the wall where our room was located. Workers began arriving at 5:35 am. They were very loud and very active getting ready for the day. It was not a good location for a guest room"

"The stay was alright overall. Our room was clean but the sheets were stained/dirty (luckily we brought our own), the air conditioning was fine, bathroom clean and fully functioning. The noise level there on those nights were low, normal ins and outs of other guests nothing obscene. The service from the receptionists was smooth and transactional. Don’t expect too much but it’s cool."
