Very clean, decent sized room and very comfy king sized bed. Unfortunately when dropping bags before check in we were not told that booking the shuttle to JFK in advance was required so we had to pay for an Uber. In the bar area customers appeared to be providing their own liquor which I'm not sure is permitted. Would still recommend for good value.

Not really bad, not really great either. The property is showing its age and having a great view of the neighboring building's dumpster does not exactly raise spirits. For what it is, a place to spend the night before or after a flight it is quite sufficient. Some healthier options at breakfast would be nice though.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was very noisy and sunk in the middle. Bed sheets looked old and frayed. Breakfast was dry and overcooked. It was clean enough, but not very nice for a Hilton.

Called for a shuttle when we arrived at jfk,the quoted time (5 min) should have been 15…the bar was out of mixers & beer. The room was fine; good shower pressure, good breakfast. Sadly free shuttle to airport was not available ( could only take 1 person, of a 2 person party); runs 1 shuttle every 1/2 hr- BAD especially for the obviously busy morning flights! We had to Uber & pay $30! Awful

Good Stay but Shuttle Service Needs Improvement The staff was fantastic during check-in and provided us with helpful information about public transit. However, we had an issue with the shuttle service for our departure. We arrived five minutes before the scheduled time, but the shuttle had already left, and we had to take a taxi to the airport. While the overall stay was good, the shuttle experience was disappointing.

The room was nice and very comfortable. The check in staff were kind and smiling, even at almost midnight. The reason for the lower rating was that the hotel didn't have the resources to take care of the crowds of people who came down for an early breakfast and basically camped out in the dining area. On our first attempt to get breakfast, sometime around 7:30, we found all the serving dishes empty and simply left. We came back an hour later and there was food but no place to sit down and eat (hardly enough room to move, with all the luggage). So we grabbed the bare minimum and ate in our room. I could only assume that there was a large group of people all traveling together who needed to eat breakfast early. By the time we left around 9-9:30 a.m., operations seemed normal, but the situation wasn't really fair to a lot of the hotel's guests.
