"My family has done a good bit of traveling lately and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. No weird smells or leaking ac or showers that always get water all over the floor. Everything is clean and modern and well maintained. The pool is indoors which is great so the weather doesn't hinder its use. We didn't visit the restaurant on site so I can't say anything about it other than it looked nice. They gave 2 complimentary bottles of water each day which was very appreciated."

"We stay at this hotel so often when traveling to and feom JFK and it's always reliable and consistent. The staff is friendly, the food in the little restaurant off the lobby is tasty, the free breakfast has a lot of options and is kept clean by the staff, the rooms are surprisingly spacious and always clean. Most importantly, thr shuttle to the airport comes every 20 minutes and has been totally reliable."

"This is an old hotel, held to a bygone standard of convenience. That's understandable, given the age of the building and neighborhood, but more could be done to update the place. My room had no lamps, a loud air conditioning unit, and a broken window shade. It's on a loud street - horns honking, garbage trucks backing up. Sure, that's life in the big city, but if you need a good night's rest, you need to look elsewhere. The place is clean, but there was a weird tradeoff - I heard the staff...

"They use downfall pillows in the hotel this causes allergies to people who are allergic to feathers. Also not willing to do a later checkout past 12 even though the hotel wasn’t even close to capacity."
