Malgré l’intervention d’un technicien, seule la douche a été partiellement réparée, avec une pression insuffisante, et le lavabo est resté sans eau chaude. Aucune solution alternative ni geste commercial ne nous a été proposé. Une situation décevante pour un établissement de ce niveau"
