"The pousada is a bit older but well maintained , we had the most expensive rooms with best view. Unfortunately some of the staff was unmotivated and lazy, no warm welcome at arrival , and the breakfast is under average for the area. They made tapioca but not with coco which is the most common , same with juice they had all fruits and offered one juice , pal do queijo were hard as rocks and when plates were empty you had to chase for backfill . Met the owner briefly seemed nice but ist constantly...

"I went to this hotel because the website said they had spa and sauna. And I paid the price for these services. What a surprise when I got there, the spa and sauna were under construction but nothing was said on their website. They asked if I wanted to go to another hotel in the middle of a public holiday, of course I could not go to another hotel and had to stay there. They said I was wrong, that their website advised they were under construction. I opened the website in front of them and it did...
