"“A pousada tem um bom atendimento e um café da manhã muito gostoso. Entretanto, senti falta de um pouco mais de empatia por parte da gestão. Estive em Ilhabela para participar de uma competição de natação em águas abertas e, como a minha prova era no fim da manhã, precisei de um tempo extra após o horário padrão de checkout (meio-dia) apenas para tomar banho e me arrumar. Apesar do fato de ser um domingo e não haver outros hóspedes, só me foi permitido permanecer mediante o pagamento de uma taxa...

"Lovely stay, nice and clean room and great location close to the port and bus station. There was a music sound coming out from a bar nearby which didn’t bother us but if you’re very sensitive to noise you might want to reconsider."
