"The facility was spacious and there was a comfortable couch to sit. (View only of a brick wall. ) Bed comfortable with good linen. The suite had a small fridge (full of stuff the hotel wanted you to purchase) and a small microwave. There were no knives and no bowls supplied, nor any cloths. There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee) Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need. "

"El hostel que habia reservado, estaba de refacciones. Nadie me avisó. Cuando llegué, habia un cartel que avisaba que teniamos que dirigirnos a otro a cuatro cuadras. No encontraban la reserva, cuando la encontraron nos dieron una habitacion con una cama (reserva para dos personas). Luego nos dieron otra habitacion para una persona. Finalmente no tenia desayuno, la reserva era con desayuno. O sea todo cambiado. Muy disconforme"
