Room we got was not cleaned found someone’s pills on a table and floor needed to be vacuumed Tv needed to be fixed waited about a half hour to get fixed no one came to vacuum the floor Only got help from one person on your staff he was a bellhop named Kevin very very nice guy

-Rooms were clean. Though it had a funky smell. -The staff was courteous and helpful. -The pools were kept clean regularly. Not heated. -Kid-friendly resort. -Alcohol stops being served at 11:00 PM. -Food poisoning from a poorly managed buffet. Needs attention ASAP.

We booked 4 rooms for 8 people in February for a May 2nd one night stay. Nowhere did it say that the hotel was closed for a long time and reopening the day before our stay. They were disorganized, not prepared for guests. Many rooms weren’t even being used yet. They first told us this reservation ...
